His distinguished legal (and literary) career spans some of the most interesting events in Australian history; from the Whitlam dismissal, to the Vietnam War, and now the legal ramifications of anti-terrorism legislation.

Old Collegian Professor Peter Macdonald is the Head of the Cardiac Transplantation Laboratory at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute. He and a team of Doctors at St Vincent's Hospital in Sydney have made an extraordinary medical breakthrough in the way heart transplant techniques are applied - a breakthrough that it is believed will save 30% more lives using this technique.

Gerry Sexton on a Tour of the College

Gerry & Betty Sexton enrolled their six sons at Marcellin College (and a daughter to Genazzano). At 94, Gerry has an extraordinary life story to share - including his active service in the Army during World War II, a career in the Commonwealth Bank and as a Marcellin parent spanning three decades.
