As you may be aware Leukaemia affects tens of thousands of Australians every year, including Marcellin’s own member of staff Peter Schlitz.
We would like to invite the Marcellin Old Collegians community to be part of the up coming Trivia Night to raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation on Thursday 23rd October.
We are currently asking for donations of prize items for the many activities and auctions on the evening.

The Old Collegians community was shocked by the sudden passing of Peter Toohey. Peter was a fantastic supporter of the Old Collegians, especially his beloved football club. A man larger than life itself, will be sorely missed by the Old Collegians community. Our sympathies are extended to the Toohey family.

Kevin Boyd, former MOCCC Secretary, long serving and outstanding committee member, second XI Captain and club leader died suddenly yesterday. The loss of any member of our community is always felt keenly, the loss of Kevin will be immeasurable.
As an avid and talented golfer, Kevin was also heavily involved at the Greenacres G.C. and successfully ran his own financial services business.
Clearly Kevin was a man who enjoyed being part of a community and ensured that he made valuable and memorable contributions to them wherever possible. All those who knew Kevin, benefited and continue to benefit from the generosity of those contributions.
Thoughts and prayers are with Marie, Bob, Terry, Libby and the kids and all of those close to the Boyd family at this time.

The Old Collegians extends its condolences to the family and friends of Old Collegian Simon Panozzo (1997) who was tragically killed in a road accident recently.
Dr Robert Michael McAlister – 14/8/1958 – 13/3/2010. Born in East Melbourne, August 1958, Rob lived his formative years in Burwood East and spending much of his time at his Grandmother’s home in Euroa. Old Collegian Pat O’Callaghan (2004), his brother James and friend Sean Connell are planning a major bicycle trek in a good cause.
The ride will traverse approximately 7000km, starting in the South of Spain and ending in Ghana and is being undertaken to support Y generation against poverty (Y-Gap) projects in Ghana. Y-Gap is a young organisation who is currently supporting several sustainable development and poverty alleviation projects globally.
